Nabajii's Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the nabajii platform and all its services. By registering on nabajii or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Nabajii is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform, operating in compliance with international gaming laws and regulatory guidelines. These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali; however, the English version shall prevail in any legal interpretation.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on nabajii:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically between 5x and 30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Minimum Odds: When betting with a bonus, bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or above are generally considered valid.
• Welcome Bonus: Each person is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.

Nabajii reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Notice will be given before any changes are made to existing bonus terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nabajii. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Accessing the platform through hacking, bots, or any automated means.
• Attempting to manipulate the odds or bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Providing betting services on behalf of a third party.
• Participating in match fixing or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to harm nabajii's systems or other users.

Nabajii firmly believes that betting should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial hardship. The mental and financial well-being of all our users is our top priority.

• Setting Betting Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a set period or close it permanently.
• Time Limit: Set a daily maximum time limit for betting.
